The customers' accounts are serviced by more than 260 core professional staff (more than 70% dedicated PR specialists, supported by a strong administrative, information security, and sales structure). The professional staff are organised into 25 account teams, each with an average of 4-5 account executives. Typical accounts are supervised by an account team leader and are assigned at least one account executive and one assistant, with other staff and/or part-time associates called in for labour-intensive tasks.
